We offer a range of classes and workshops to help you meet your goals, whether that is to learn more about yoga philosophy or to build strength towards more difficult poses. Since we are not studio based, that provides us the flexibility to meet you wherever you would like for class, whether that be your house, office, or favorite trailhead.   • A 1 hour custom class designed for you. Whether you are looking to relax and unwind, or work on advancing your practice we have something for you.

    • Mat and props included if needed

    • Custom playlist based on your preference

    • Time for Q & A at the beginning and end

  • A 1 hour practice that specializes in learning about foundational yoga poses and flows. This is a great option for people who are wanting to build confidence before heading to the studio, or for people who want to dive deeper into the basics. This package includes a 25% off coupon for any further Sundial services!

    • 30 minutes of education on yoga props, terminology and philosophy personalized to your areas of interest

    • Mat and props included if needed

    • Custom playlist based on your preference

    • Time for Q & A at the beginning and end

  • A 1 hour practice with a focus on a specific area you prefer whether that be flexibility, strength, mindfullness ect.

    • 30 minutes of education beyond your mat such as work with chakras, mudras, yoga philosophy, ect.

Supplement Studio Time and Build Confidence

I remember how nervous I was for my first class. It was labeled as beginner, yet there was still so much that felt advanced, whether it was how to use certain props or what does “take cat/cow” mean? Working 1:1 can help you build a good foundation, and understanding of common yoga wording which can enhance your time at the studio.

Practice in a Safe Space

After severe anxiety left me fearful to leave the house, yoga was one of the things that brought me back to myself and allowed me to get back out into the world. I have a deep understanding of people who feel most comfortable in their homes or specific safe spaces and will treat those spaces with respect and care. I am happy to teach a class in pretty much any environment and I do not judge. Whether you prefer to stay home due to anxiety, a new baby, health reasons or just because, I will meet you there!
